Tourist Program
To be eligible for Overseas Delivery as part of our tourist program, you must be a U.S. resident and have both a valid driver's license and a passport. You must also be at least 18 years old. Although we are sure that you could spend a lifetime exploring Europe, you must bring your new Volvo back to the United States within 6 months of taking European delivery. Military Program
If you are in the military and stationed abroad, you may be eligible to purchase one of the world's finest automobiles at a special military rate. Volvos picked up at the Factory Delivery Center in Gothenburg, Sweden are completely free of additonal delivery fees. However, you can take delivery from any of the Volvo Delivery Centers listed below. Understand that there will be a delivery fee added for deliveries made at these locations. Paris Free Home Shipment The shipment of your new Volvo back to University Volvo or the dealer of your choice is completely FREE, if you return the vehicle back to the Factory Delivery Center or Bremmerhaven, Germany. Other dropoff locations are available throughout Europe, but will incur drop charges. These charges are payable to the drop off agents who arrange for the trucking to the nearest port and handle the loading of your new Volvo onto a ship headed for the U.S. Please contact Bob Kennedy, OSD Coordinator for details. |
